This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the Looop Express website.


It is important that you read and understand these statements. By ordering any of our services, a binding agreement between yourself (and/or your business) and Looop Express will be created such that we can use your information in this way. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving our services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

TLDR

We are Looop Express, a designer and developer team and we collect some of your data in order to provide our services to you.

We use cookies and see details of your visits to our site including but not limited to traffic data, location data, and other communication data. We only ever use this info to learn more about how we can improve our services and we never sell it to third parties.

You can purchase our services through Stripe. Stripe handles your payment details as highly sensitive data, protected by high security standards. We do not have access to your bank card information, only the last four digits of your card number and expiration date, name, and e-mail. We handle this with the upmost care and security and never give access to them for anyone outside our organization.

We might send you e-mails from time to time about our services, but only if you agree beforehand, and you can unsubscribe any time with a click or two.

Should you order our services, we may ask you to register to one or more partner websites in order to organize and ease our work, review the materials we have created for you, etc. Please note that these platforms have separate privacy policies.

We comply to GDPR and CCPA, which basically means that we treat your data in a fair, legal, and transparent way, and you always have the right to access what we hold about you, you can request your data to be updated, deleted, restricted, or moved to another organization anytime.

We may change our Privacy Policy, in which case we will notify you beforehand.

Who we are

We are Looop Express, a designer and developer team who build websites. This website is owned by us and hosted by Framer Inc.  Should you wish to access any of the information that we store about you, or wish to request we remove the data entirely, please simply email us (via the details below). Please note, that we cannot provide our services without some necessary data.


Collection of Information from our Clients.

In order to fulfill your order we need to know certain personal information.

We may collect and process the following data about you upon and during your subscription:

  • information that you provide by filing in forms via partner websites for example when scheduling a meeting;

  • information provided at the time of subscribing to our service;

  • details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfillment of your orders;

  • details of your visits to our site including but not limited to traffic data, location data, and other communication data;

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission is at your own risk.


Once we have received your information the personal information you provide to us (where required) is stored in a secure location, and is accessible only by designated staff. We will use it only for the purposes for which you provide the information under this privacy statement.

We will not sell, rent or trade to third parties any personal information you provide to us, and we will only store it for as long as is necessary to continue providing the required service(s) to you.


Security Best Practice

Our website uses SSL to help protect (and encrypt) any data sent between your browser and the site (submitted forms etc). Looop Express processes or stores all personal data in fully vetted, DPA compliant vendors.


Keeping you informed

We would like to tell you by e-mail or other electronic means about our news, products and services which we believe would be of interest to you. If you do not want us to do this, simply do not check this option during the order process, or email us at any time and request removal. Please note that by choosing not to opt-in means that we will not be able to tell you about additional benefits and services available to our customers.


How long we store your data

We do store all conversation and personal data until your subscription is active. In case of a cancellation, we will not hold it longer than 60 days. This also means, that we cannot provide any design, product, material we have created for you, after 60 days of cancellation.


Businesses are required to keep company financial records for at least 6 years, therefore we hold data about you on Stripe until that time frame.

We also store your name and e-mail address in our client list, so that we can keep you informed about our services you might be interested in. You can of course ask us anytime to delete your data from our client list, or unsubscribe from our mailing list.


Computer Tracking and ‘Cookies’

We make use of internet browser cookies, which we use to ensure that your experience of our website and business offerings is as effective as possible. Cookies are small amounts of information which we store on your computer and exist to improve the ease of use of this site. You may choose not to use cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. However if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our site.


In addition to cookies, our website also makes use of ‘tracking code’ (often called beacons, or pixels) from organisations such as Google Analytics.  Google Analytics allows us to better understand traffic patterns and user behaviour while on our website, and the social media pixels allow us to share our news and services with you on these 3rd party platforms.  None of the data collected through cookies, analytics, or social media pixels allows us to identify you as an individual (we don’t “see” any personal data about you, other than things like your IP address).

Partner Websites and Data Collection/Storage

In order to provide some of our key services, we utilize the services of trusted partner websites and cloud based systems. You register to these website separately, and provide your information directly to them. They might share certain information with us, however, as per to their own Privacy policy. Registering to (some of) these websites will be necessary in order to work with us, as some of the tools are inevitable in our workflow. You can choose not to register, but in this case some of our services might become unavailable to you. Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service

  • To provide the Service on our behalf

  • To perform Service-related services

  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used

We want to inform you that these third parties have access to some of the personal information you have provided us. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.


Kids' Privacy

We do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.


Websites we Create

During our Services we may produce websites for you or others. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that we have created for you or any other client, or those that have a link on our platform, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Such websites may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

On websites we create Looop Express may serve as a data processor. Data controller will always be the owner of the website. Data about visitors of these websites will be handled according to that site’s Privacy Policy and we take no responsibility for any misuse of data by the owner or other third-party services.

If you wish to create a website that handles sensitive personal data such as, but not exclusively health information, political or religious views, ethnicity, etc. it will require a separate agreement and this case is handled outside the current Privacy Policy.


General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We may be collecting and using information from you if you are from the European Economic Area (EEA). The GDPR is relevant to any globally operating company and not just the EU-based businesses and EU residents. Our customers’ data is important irrespective of where they are located, which is why we have implemented GDPR controls as our baseline standard for all our operations worldwide.

The Data Protection Principles include requirements such as:

  • Personal data collected must be processed in a fair, legal, and transparent way and should only be used in a way that a person would reasonably expect.

  • Personal data should only be collected to fulfil a specific purpose and it should only be used for that purpose. Organizations must specify why they need the personal data when they collect it.

California Residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires us to disclose categories of Personal Information we collect and how we use it, the categories of sources from whom we collect Personal Information, and the third parties with whom we share it, which we have explained above.

We are also required to communicate information about rights California residents have under California law. You may exercise the following rights:

  • Right to Know and Access. You may submit a verifiable request for information regarding the: (1) categories of Personal Information we collect, use, or share; (2) purposes for which categories of Personal Information are collected or used by us; (3) categories of sources from which we collect Personal Information; and (4) specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

  • Right to Equal Service. We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

  • Right to Delete. You may submit a verifiable request to close your account and we will delete Personal Information about you that we have collected.

  • Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.


Disclosures

We warrant that we will not disclose your information or personal details to any other third party without your approval other than is set out elsewhere in this privacy statement.

We will not send you any unsolicited commercial e-mail unless you have given your prior consent. We will seek to act in the best interest of our customers, and will not abuse our position of data controller for any commercial gain.

In the event we sell our business or assets the personal data we collect about you may be transferred to the purchaser of our business or assets. We may also use the information we collect about you in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or supply. To prevent or detect fraud or abuse of this site, or to assist in verifying your identity, we may make searches of our data records and reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies should fraud or illegal activities occur. If you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this. We may use this information to protect our interests including without limitation to protect the rights property or safety of Looop Express, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of credit risk and fraud reduction.

We may change our Service and policies, and therefore we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to this Privacy Policy and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Privacy Policy, you can delete your account.
